In this colorful 2D side-scrolling platformer, Captain Olimar has crash-landed on a planet inhabited by Pikmin. It's an adorable but hostile world, so Olimar will have to work together with his new friends to find his way home. In the first 2D Pikmin game, you'll need to make use of each Pikmin type's special ability. You'll progress through the game by choosing the right kind of creature for each job. You can fling the little guys at enemies or obstacles and let 'em go to work! Using different strategies, you can traverse this harsh world, build bridges, survive battles with wildlife, solve puzzles, and hopefully repair your ship and blast off.
