The latest game in the famous monster-catching franchise is epic. You are a trainer, exploring the world in search of Pokemon. The game is set in the Alola region, a tropical paradise full of lush jungles and sandy beaches. Along with its natural wonders, Alola has colorful towns and cities to discover. Many fan-favorite Pokemon from the previous 20 years of games will return, but there will be a ton of new Pokemon to capture, raise, and train as well. Some familiar Pokemon have Alola forms - regional variations that have different types and appearances. Each Pokemon has its own unique abilities and attacks, but this time Pokemon can use "Z-Moves," powerful abilities that can only be used once per battle. There are rumors about mysterious creatures called Ultra Beasts in the area that pose a threat to both humans and Pokemon alike.
