Returns Policy
All physical and digital goods purchased via Games Home are non-refundable and non-exchangable if these goods have been delivered or are in delivery transit to the buyer. This includes video games, accessories, consoles, vouchers and video gaming merchandise.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to the respective distributor or agent.
Any and all claims regarding the authenticity or warranty of purchased goods should be directed to the product distributor or agent. Any and all charges incurred after the original purchase and either related or not related to under-warranty or beyond-warranty exchange and/or repair are to be born by the buyer directly. Games Home will assist in every reasonable means possible to direct the buyer to the appropriate distributor’s contacts where available.
Exceptions
If your order has not yet been shipped and you changed your mind about wanting to receive the item(s) you had purchased, please contact [email protected] immediately to cancel your order. Order cancellations are permitted if your order has not been prepared for shipping. A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply for any refunds due to change of mind. Additional charges may apply for certain payment methods selected. We will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment where possible.
